Every player receives the same mystery country for the calendar day. You have six guesses. A submitted country reveals whether it is on the same continent, the compass direction toward the target, a population comparison and whether its English name comes earlier or later alphabetically.
Use broad guesses first to establish a region, then choose countries that divide the remaining map. Direction is calculated between representative country positions, so treat it as a useful clue rather than a precise travel bearing.
The Daily is a deduction game rather than a complete recall test. For structured country study, use Countries by Continent; for repeated Daily-style puzzles, choose Unlimited.
