• Use the site in any way that could damage, overload, or impair its operation

The GeoBlitz name, design, and game code are the property of GeoBlitz.io. All rights are reserved. Geographic data and flag images used in the game are sourced from open datasets and third-party providers under their respective licences.

3. No guarantees

GeoBlitz is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The site will be available at all times or free from errors
• Geographic or capital city data is completely accurate or up to date
• Your scores or progress will be retained indefinitely

Country names, capitals, and borders reflect commonly used data and may not reflect all disputed territories or recent geopolitical changes.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeoBlitz.io and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including but not limited to loss of data, errors in game content, or temporary unavailability of the service.

5. Advertising

This site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. We have no control over the content of individual ads. Clicking an advertisement will take you to a third-party site and these terms no longer apply once you leave GeoBlitz.io. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services of any advertiser.

GeoBlitz uses third-party services including Google Fonts and Google AdSense. Your use of this site is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy where applicable. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
